The correct order (s) are prepared for the service engineer. After selection of the assignment, the assignment details are displayed. Or You select the customer directly in the work order.

With the API / Datasource connector, the customer's own product and article file can be selected in the work order app. All relevant article data such as unit, price are automatically selected.

It is even possible to scan or read the articles with RFID.

The checklist can easily be completed with touch buttons. If a check is not satisfactory, additional data can also be entered conditionally.

Support of photos. 

Support of a digital Signature.

This data is entered at the customer, after which an e-mail with a PDF report is sent to the customer automatically.
