The OmniMove MobileForms platform has an API (datasource connector) that enables you to create integrations with your own system via Webfleet web services, any other web services (SOAP, JSON) or files (csv, xml or xls) via SFTP. This allows you to use data from a single central database.
This can be data such as:
- Order information
- Customer information
- Item information
- Vehicle information
The API (datasource connector) can be used to retrieve the data and use it in the OmniMove MobileForms app, but also to return back (two ways integration).
The OmniMove MobileForms platform handles this fully automated.
The management console can be used to give users access to the right applications and information that are relevant to them.
In addition to the standard templates, the- OmniMove MobileForms application manager has a form builder that can be used to create or change applications. You can always consult an OmniMove specialists to assist.

You can download the OmniMove MobileForms app from the Play and App store. After login, the assigned applications are presented. The application is already filled in as much as possible to make it as easy as possible for the user. The form can be supplemented with additional information such as comments, photos or a signatures.
After the synchronisation, an email is automatically sent with a tailor-made PDF report. The information is updated in other systems via the API datasource connector and can be viewed in the OmniMove MobielForms platform.
