Planning

OmniMove can be connected to various planning systems. The use of a planning system is not mandatory. From a very simple static planning in Excel to advanced dynamic planning systems where, for example, many disruptions are planned optimally in the short term with the right engineers with the right route. Master data such as objects can also be kept in OmniMove MobileForms more information.

Navigate

OmniMove has a navigation interface with Waze or Google Maps. With this you can automatically navigate to the address of the work order or the GPS location of an object.

Step 1 Configure your form

 

Configure form and PDF lay-out.

The form is built once from the service template with the pdf report in its own layout. Here, possibly, the connections are made with other service systems. When assignments come in, they are automatically assigned to the engineers via the dispatch function. You can add changes or new forms yourself (extra inspections).

The workorder inspection app

The service engineer can now complete his work order or inspection app, such as inspections, time registration, material consumption and digital signature. Once the job has been saved, it is automatically sent from the service technician to the web portal.  

Step 3 Reporting 

Reporting of photo(s) and pdf

The data is automatically mailed in its own PDF layout and sent to the web portal and the service system. Data such as track and trace, photos can now be viewed easily.
